I love decorating.

Especially when it's Christmas time.

Red and white and silver and green and black.

We have a little bit of everything this year.

And it's beautifully magical....of course, Christmas always is.

But it helps when you can sit and bask in a cozy home that is decorated perfectly to suit your fancy.

Here is the advent calendar I just finished a few days ago!  It was one of the only Christmas projects I let myself do this year seeing as I overscheduled myself last year ;)  More pictures to follow.  P.S.  Would you believe this used to be a tool organizer??!

And this is the darling advent calendar that Patrick's mom made the boys.  They love it because they both can do one each day.  (P.S.  It's made from a muffin tin with magnets covering the circles!)

Here are a few of the drawers.

Can you read the options for "All I Want for Christmas?"  Pretty cute!

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.
